Christopher Dey
Christopher is a member of the firm’s litigation practice, representing both individual and corporate clients. He is an experienced litigator with a strong track record of successfully handling complex matters. With over a decade of legal experience, he has managed all phases of litigation—from investigation and case strategy to settlement and trial. Christopher’s practice encompasses many areas of law including civil defense and plaintiff’s personal injury.
Prior to joining FEKM, Christopher worked as a prosecutor for city, state, and federal governments for eleven years. As a Senior Deputy Attorney General in Pennsylvania and as a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, he handled high-stakes federal and state cases involving complex corrupt organizations. Previously, Christopher served as a Deputy Attorney General in the Consumer Protection Division where he led civil enforcement actions against businesses across industries, tackling cases involving deceptive practices, regulatory violations, and consumer fraud. His ability to navigate complex legal and factual issues, manage large caseloads, and deliver effective results makes him a powerful advocate for his clients.
Before his work in Pennsylvania, he clerked for the Honorable Patricia K. Costello in Essex County, New Jersey. He then spent seven years as an Assistant District Attorney in the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, where he refined his trial skills by conducting over twenty trials, over forty pre-trial suppression hearings, and hundreds of Grand Jury presentations.
Christopher’s approach to litigation is strategic, thorough, and client-focused. He works closely with clients to understand their unique legal challenges and crafts tailored solutions to protect their interests. Whether navigating a business dispute, defending against claims, or pursuing legal remedies, Christopher brings the knowledge, dedication, and courtroom experience necessary to deliver results.
