Patrick F. Seymour

Pat Seymour joined FEKM’s legal team, offering experience in a wide variety of real estate related matters.  He worked for a local specialty lender, overseeing all aspects of loan servicing, collection as well as new loan processing and documentation.  He has served as in house counsel for an investment fund focused on real estate backed receivables and, most recently, in house with the region’s largest industrial investor, where he oversaw acquisition, disposition and financing transactions.  He also has firm experience representing school districts and municipal clients on tax assessment appeals and tax collection.  

Outside of work, Pat enjoys spending time with his family and his fall weekends in State College.

Pat has a BA from Penn State and a JD from Temple University.  

Pat is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
