Patrick Brennan

Patrick Brennan is a member of the firm’s general litigation practice, representing both individual and corporate clients in arbitrations, mediations, bench trials, and jury trials. Mr. Brennan practice encompasses many areas of law, including civil defense, specifically in commercial transportation, construction accidents/defects, premises liability, and products liability.

In addition to civil defense, Patrick has successfully litigated cases in the areas of personal injury, insurance bad faith, consumer protection, employment, education, commercial lending, and commercial litigation in the state courts of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and in federal court.

In recognition of his representation and dedication to his clients, Patrick has been recognized by his peers as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star in both 2023 and 2024.

Prior to joining FEKM, Patrick worked at regional law firms and served as a Compliance Officer for Montgomery County Domestic Relations while attending law school at night.

    • Obtained award in favor of vehicle owner after insurance company’s refusal to pay for vehicle repairs pursuant to vehicle owner’s insurance policy. 

    • Obtained summary judgment in favor of defendant residential tenant in slip and fall matter. 

    • Obtained judgment in favor of defendant driver in alleged negligent motor vehicle accident. 

    • Successfully obtained dismissal of mechanics lien claim brought against impermissibly joined contractor client. 

    • Successfully negotiated and obtained policy limits from insurance company for client involved in a motor vehicle accident. 

    • Successfully negotiated settlement on behalf of automobile repair shop client from defendant insurance company for motor vehicles abandoned on client’s property.
